Pop Sensibilities in a rock & Roll Package

Based around Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and the lively city of Brisbane, ‘TOTAL RADIO SILENCE’ is a blistering four-piece original rock band. Established in 2019, the band have released 3 studio albums. Combining the melodic sensibilities of the 1980s, the post-grunge sound of the 1990s, and the energy of the 2000s alternative rock movement, Total Radio Silence hit the stage with a non-stop set of crowd anthems and relentless stage presence.

Band Members:

Will Godfrey (Guitar/Vox)

From Cambridge, UK.

By day, Will is an industrial designer/animator, crafting futuristic gadgets and bringing ideas to life. By night, he transforms into TRS’s singer/guitarist and music production wiz, weaving sonic magic. Armed with a degree philosophy, Will often ponders the meaning of life while fine-tuning the perfect reverb.

Matt Davis (Guitar)

From Cairns, Queensland.
Started writing songs aged 13, and playing guitar aged 14. As a guitar conservationist, Matt is a perfectionist in every area of life be it his guitars, his house and garden (mowing the lawn to the perfect height biweekly) and his hair are always immaculate. Matt also holds the band record for most calories in a smoothie.

Jack Wood (Bass)

From Sunshine Coast, QLD
Jack “The Bridge” Wood, the bass player who rocks your world and keeps it structurally sound. By day, he’s designing bridges; by night, he’s dropping bass lines that rattle your bones. When he’s not engineering or jamming, he’s honing his competitive duck herding skills. Jack’s the only musician who can keep your feet moving, your bridges standing, and your ducks in a row.

Matt Olm (Drums)

From Sunshine Coast, QLD.
TRS’s very own Dave Grohl, Matt has played drums for over 10 years and is also an accomplished guitarist and song-writer in his own right. Matt contributes more than his fair share to the song writing process and dazzles the rest of the band with his fully produced instrumental compositions on a weekly basis. Despite being the drummer, Matt has more guitars than the rest of the band put together.
